Refunds Without Returns
We do not require physical returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll be happy to provide a full refund or replacement — no need to ship the item back.
Eligibility Window
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@cozyblendcreations.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- If applicable, include clear photos of the item/packaging so we can resolve your request quickly.
- We’ll confirm your refund or replacement within 3 business days of receiving your request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or alteration
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
